2.1 Eligibility: The Platform is primarily intended for current JKUAT students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Guest access may be granted at the discretion of club leadership.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Membership Types: The club offers various membership levels with different privileges and responsibilities as determined by club leadership.
3.2 Membership Fees: Some membership levels or services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Participation Requirements: Active participation in club activities may be required to maintain certain membership privileges.
3.4 Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms or club policies.

5.4 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
5.5 Backup and Storage: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important content. We are not liable for content loss.
6.1 Platform IP: The Platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by JKUAT Innovation Club and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content IP: Users retain rights to their original content, subject to JKUAT intellectual property policies for student work.
6.3 Collaborative Projects: IP rights for collaborative projects will be determined by separate agreements between participants.
6.4 Respect for Third-Party IP: Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of third parties.
7.1 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including M-Pesa for Kenyan users.
7.2 Fees and Charges: All fees are clearly displayed before payment. Additional charges (e.g., transaction fees) may apply.
7.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical errors or as required by law.
7.4 Payment Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, but users are responsible for protecting their payment information.
7.5 Billing Disputes: Contact us within 30 days of any billing dispute for resolution.
8.1 Event Registration: Registration for events may require payment and is subject to availability.
8.2 Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify events. Refund policies will be communicated for each event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JKUAT Innovation Club, JKUAT, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration.
